IT BECAME CRYSTAL CLEAR TO ME ONE SUMMER EVENING AS I WAS WALKING HOME OVER THE BROOKLYN BRIDGE AND STOPPED HALFWAY TO ASK A COMPLETE STRANGER FOR HELP.
I hit my limit—literally. Dizzy. Disoriented. My body finally said no after weeks of me saying yes to everything but what I truly needed. Standing there, unsteady in the middle of the bridge, I was more worried about being a burden than asking for help.
Who was I to put someone else out?
I’m the one who holds it together. I’m the solver.

This is coaching. Leverage Your Stress™ offers guidance, structure, and real-time tools—not therapy, diagnoses, or prescribed treatment plans. We use mindfulness-based practices (like breathwork), but this isn’t a meditation course. It’s about how you show up under pressure—and what shifts when you do it with intention.
IS IT REFUNDABLE?

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE LIVE SESSIONS?
Just you, a quiet space (if possible), and something to write with.
We recommend having a journal or notebook just for this program—it’s where you’ll track your shifts, map your stress response patterns, and build your personalized roadmap. You’ll also receive a pre-session reflection before each call (including the VIA Strengths Survey and a stress inventory), so having those nearby will support your experience.
CAN I JOIN FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S.?
Yes! All sessions are held in Eastern Time (ET), but we welcome participants from all time zones. If enough interest comes in from the EU or other regions, we’re happy to offer additional session times to best accommodate.
